Mr. Rappaport is a commercial litigator who has diversified complex litigation experience in both State and Federal Court as well as in front of the American Arbitration Association and FINRA. Mr. Rappaport has litigated cases in the areas of securities fraud, officer and director liability, employment matters and a broad range of business contracts and torts, including interference, business defamation, fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and fraudulent and deceptive trade practices. Mr. Rappaport is a graduate of the Securities and Financial Regulations program at Georgetown University Law Center and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where Mr. Rappaport was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court.
