Ms. Feinberg is a partner with the law firm of Gilbride, Heller & Brown, P.A. Ms. Feinberg began her career as a law clerk to a distinguished appellate judge in the Third District Court of Appeal. Since 1985, she has practiced commercial litigation with the firm. Her practice currently emphasizes securities litigation, defense of accounting firms and accountants, and disputes pertaining to commercial real property. Ms. Feinberg has tried numerous cases in state and federal court. She also has appeared in many arbitrations relating to both securities and employment claims.

Ms. Feinberg has handled in excess of a hundred appeals, many of which have resulted in reported decisions which have significantly changed or expanded the law. She is also active in professional bar associations and civic organizations, and is past-President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Dade County Chapter (1999-2000), the Kiwanis Club of Miami (1997-1998) and the Dade Business and Professional Women's Club (1994-1995).
