Mr. Cleveland is a commercial trial lawyer who has diversified complex litigation experience in both Florida and Federal jurisdictions.

Mr. Cleveland has litigated cases in the areas of insurance, securities fraud, attorney and accountant professional malpractice, employment, officer and director liability, computer-related issues such as "cybersquatting" and software piracy, trademark and property rights, product liability, and a broad range of business contracts and torts, including interference, business defamation, fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices. He has litigated extensively in State and Federal courts, before administrative judges, and in arbitrations. His practice includes complex litigation, including multi-district litigation and class actions. Mr. Cleveland has participated in trials at the State and Federal levels, and has conducted several in-house litigation skills training programs. Mr. Cleveland has given speeches and seminars in insurance and employment matters, and has been selected as a judge for the University of Miami Moot Court competition.

Mr. Cleveland's recent successes have included summary judgment in an employment discrimination defense; summary judgment against a life time employment contract claim; defense in a product liability trial resulting in a zero award to the plaintiff; summary judgment on an attorney fee claim, and many successful arbitrations and mediations.
